• We care about our team, clients, and community Responsibilities Lead and manage a crew of 2-3 team members Train and mentor team members on proper techniques, safety, and efficiency Run and complete a weekly service route on schedule Perform lawn maintenance services including mowing, edging, weed eating, blowing, trimming, and general property upkeep Operate and maintain equipment (mowers, trimmers, blowers, hedge trimmers, etc.

) Ensure all work is completed to company quality standards Maintain clean, organized trucks, trailers, and equipment Ensure team members follow uniform and safety (PPE) requirements Communicate with customers professionally and address any concerns Utilize company software to manage jobs and routes Qualifications Prior experience in lawn maintenance or landscaping is required Previous leadership or crew lead experience is a plus Strong knowledge of lawn equipment and maintenance practices Ability to operate commercial landscaping equipment safely Strong communication and leadership skills Dependable, punctual, and team-oriented Valid driver's license is required Physical Requirements Ability to lift 40-50+ lbs regularly Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions (heat, cold, rain, humidity) Ability to stand, walk, and perform physical labor for extended periods Additional Information Full-time position Overtime may be required during peak seasons This role requires reliability and consistency to lead a successful crew
