Duties Lead and supervise a crew in performing lawn care, landscape maintenance. Assign daily tasks, monitor progress, and ensure quality workmanship across all outdoor projects. Operate groundskeeping and landscaping equipment safely and efficiently, including mowers, and trimmers. Manage crew schedules, coordinate project timelines, and ensure timely completion of all tasks. Maintain safety standards by enforcing proper use of equipment and adherence to safety protocols during outdoor work activities. Requirements Proven experience in lawn care, landscape maintenance, or groundskeeping. Demonstrated supervising or team management experience in outdoor or construction settings. Familiarity with hardscaping construction projects such as patios, walkways, retaining walls, and other hardscape features. Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team in outdoor environments. Valid driver's license with experience operating company vehicles required; must be comfortable driving trucks or utility vehicles. Physical stamina for outdoor work in varying weather conditions; experience in tree care or gardening is a plus. Knowledge of construction practices related to landscaping projects is preferred.
