Driver Supervisor in this job performs overall supervision work to drivers and provides a range of general and specific warehouse tasks such as staging, loading, unloading, stock, and receiving. This position serves as the most experienced/skilled worker and is usually tasked to supervise the warehouse workers/ drivers. Plans the delivery routes to be taken by each driver in the delivery of goods and products to customers. Determines needed stops and the most precise use of available trucks to meet delivery demands most efficiently. Ensure proper legal weight limits. Prepares loading and driver sheets showing the route assigned and ensures that each driver is provided with an accurate and understandable listing of stops for any particular day. Updates the above information by completing a weekly and master loading and driver sheet listing for use in planning and evaluation activities. Ensure that all vehicles are set to proper temperatures. Ensure buildings and trailers are secured at the end of the shift. Train and supervise employees in the preferred work methods. Perform a minimum of one ten-minute safety meeting per week. Assist the logistics manager in the writing of employee performance reviews. Monitoring the delivery status, and sharing the information with SC. Responsible for add-ons or deletions for daily routes. Make sure all COD were properly collected by drivers. Consistently enforce company policies, protocols, and procedures including but not limited to food safety, DOT, record keeping, etc. Updates the previous day's routes by reviewing routing sheets and noting any discrepancies or problems and adjusting the sheet for this information in an effort to enhance the efficiency of the routing and delivery activity. Ensure that all drivers follow all Food Safety Modernization Act (FSMA) Section 111 (Code of Federal Regulations 21 CFR Parts 1 and 11) and Sanitary Transportation of Human and Animal Food guidelines set by Logistics Headquarters. Perform other related duties as assigned.

This position is responsible for supporting daily delivery operations, supervising drivers, coordinating schedules, and ensuring routes are completed safely, efficiently, and on time. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with leadership experience in transportation, logistics, distribution, or fleet operations who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and leading by example. Key Responsibilities Supervise and support a team of delivery drivers during daily operations. Coordinate driver schedules, route assignments, and coverage. Monitor on-time performance and address operational issues as they arise. Communicate with drivers throughout the day to provide support and resolve concerns. Promote and enforce company safety policies and DOT regulations. Assist with driver coaching, training, and performance management. Conduct pre-shift meetings and communicate daily operational priorities. Collaborate with warehouse and office staff to ensure efficient delivery operations. Maintain accurate records, reports, and operational documentation. Help create solutions to improve productivity, customer service, and overall efficiency. Qualifications Previous supervisory, dispatch, scheduling, or transportation leadership experience preferred. Experience in logistics, distribution, fleet, or delivery operations preferred. CDL is preferred but not required. Strong organizational and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and leadership abilities. Ability to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced environment. Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and email. Knowledge of DOT regulations is a plus.
