Lawn Care Crew Lead I Know A Guy Lawn Care & Landscaping LLC is looking for an experienced, dependable Lawn Care Crew Lead to help lead one of our mowing crews. This is a leadership position. We are looking for someone who already has hands-on lawn care experience, can safely operate our equipment, drive a truck and trailer, and keep a crew productive while maintaining our quality standards. Responsibilities As a Lawn Care Crew Lead, you will be responsible for:

• Leading and working alongside a lawn mowing crew
• Driving a company truck while pulling a lawn care trailer
• Safely backing, parking, maneuvering, and positioning a truck and trailer
• Operating zero-turn and stand-on mowers
• Operating weed eaters/string trimmers, edgers, and backpack blowers
• Proper mowing, trimming, edging, and cleanup of residential and commercial properties
• Following daily routes and customer-specific notes
• Making sure the entire crew completes each property correctly before leaving
• Performing basic equipment inspections and identifying maintenance or repair issues
• Loading, securing, and organizing equipment properly
• Maintaining safe work practices around customers, vehicles, pedestrians, and other crew members
• Communicating problems, property damage, equipment issues, or customer concerns to management
• Helping train and direct other crew members Required Qualifications Applicants must:
• Have previous professional lawn care/mowing experience
• Have a valid driver's license
• Be insurable to operate company vehicles and not have an SR-22 insurance requirement on file
• Be comfortable and experienced driving a pickup truck with a trailer
• Be capable of safely backing a truck and trailer
• Have working knowledge of zero-turn mowers, weed eaters/string trimmers, edgers, and blowers
• Understand proper mowing, trimming, edging, and cleanup techniques
• Be dependable and able to arrive to work on time
• Be physically capable of working outdoors and performing lawn care throughout the workday
• Be able to lead a crew, communicate clearly, and take responsibility for the quality of the team's work We are looking for someone who understands that the Crew Lead sets the standard for the entire crew.

Attention to detail, efficiency, equipment knowledge, safety, and leadership are all important parts of this position. Experience is required.
