Crew Leader, Landscape Company Green Indianapolis, IN Job Details Full-time $20 - $27 an hour 20 hours ago Qualifications Spanish Customer communication Commercial truck driving English Driver's License Construction experience Crew management Full Job Description Landscape foreman responsibilities include Executing instructed job flow through crew members and yourself to ensure timely job completion on various landscape, erosion control, or maintenance job tasks. Knowing and executing quality and safety standards to ensure customer satisfaction and employee safety Monitoring and encouraging crew pace and quality Being prepared, alert, and professional to all customers and employees Communication with customer and project manager to ensure a detailed, quality, completed project is delivered to the end customer Areas of focus may include Landscape installation and maintenance Hardscape installation Irrigation Installation Erosion Control and other SWPPP installation and maintenance Successful applicants will provide Valid IN drivers license and ability to operate a truck/trailer combination outside of CDL Resume with proof of landscape or construction experience A good attitude and a desire for personal improvement, quality, and hustle English/ Spanish We are looking for good people to depend on and grow.
