Crew Leader - Landscape Position Overview We are a growing landscaping company looking for a reliable, hardworking, and experienced Crew Leader to lead a crew and participate in landscape installation and maintenance projects for commercial and residential properties.

Fishers, IN Responsibilities Lead and supervise a crew, assigning tasks and ensuring safe and efficient work. Perform landscape installation tasks, including planting, mulching, sod installation, grading, raking, and general landscape maintenance . Follow project plans, instructions, and specifications. Operate hand tools, power tools, and heavy equipment as needed. Safely load and unload skid steers . Operate company vehicles, including an F-550 with a 20-foot trailer . Identify trees, shrubs, and landscape materials. Keep work areas clean, organized, and safe. Communicate project issues or material needs to the supervisor. Follow all company safety policies and procedures. Requirements 1+ year of experience in landscape installation. Previous experience leading or supervising a crew. Ability to follow plans, instructions, and project specifications. Knowledge of trees, shrubs, and landscape materials. Experience with tools and heavy equipment, including skid steers . Ability to operate an F-550 with a 20-foot trailer . Valid driver's license and clean driving record. Ability to perform physical work outdoors. Must pass a drug screening.
