Crew Leader

Job Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Lawn Care Crew Members and Leader to join our team. As apart of our crew, you will be responsible for maintaining and enhancing the appearance of our clients' lawns and landscapes.

Leader Responsibilities:

• Drive a truck/trailer to and from jobs
• Following a written work schedule
• Be in charge of, and teach members on your crew

Member Responsibilities:

• Perform regular lawn maintenance tasks such as mowing, edging, and trimming
• Apply fertilizers, weed control products, and pesticides as needed
• Operate power tools and equipment safely and efficiently
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of work area and equipment

Leader Qualifications:

• Previous experience in lawn care crew management

REQUIRED.

• Ability to drive forward and backup a truck and trailer while hauling equipment.

Member Qualifications:

• Ability to operate power tools such as lawnmowers, trimmers, and blowers
• Knowledge of lawn care techniques, including mowing heights, and weed control methods is preferred
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
• Physical stamina to work outdoors in various weather conditions

Job Type:

Full-time Pay:

$18.00

• $20.00 per hour Expected hours: 35
• 45 per week
