Job Summary The Corporate Fleet Account Specialist II supports all aspects of fleet account administration, including invoicing, billing, onboarding, reporting, and process improvement. Acting as the fleet program expert, this role drives accuracy, compliance, operational efficiency, and customer satisfaction while partnering with internal teams toachievebusiness goals and performance targets. General Duties and Responsibilities Coordinate fleet account operations, including billing, invoicing, contract management, and process support. Ensureaccuratemaintenance of fleet dashboards, account statuses, and billing processes. Coordinate customer account setup and onboarding for new fleet customers Serve as the primary subject matter expert for Toyota Material Handling fleet programs, systems, and processes. Drive resolution of complex billing issues (returned, denied, cancelled) and provide guidance to internal teams and stakeholders. Document and improve fleet standard processes, controls, and operational efficiencies. Educational/Job Requirements The ideal candidate will haveancollegedegree,3 or more years'experience withinvoicing and contract set-up,anddisplayproficiencyin Microsoft products such as Word, Outlook, and Excel- experience with Microsoftoffice.
