We are looking for an Experienced Landscaping Crew Leader who can take ownership of a crew, maintain high-quality standards, communicate professionally with customers, and make sure every job is completed safely and efficiently. Position Overview As a Crew Leader, you will be responsible for leading a small landscaping crew and overseeing daily residential and commercial landscaping projects. The ideal candidate is dependable, experienced, hardworking, and able to lead by example. This is a hands-on leadership position . You should be comfortable working alongside your crew while also managing the job, equipment, materials, schedule, and customer expectations. Responsibilities Lead and supervise a landscaping crew on daily jobs Plan and organize daily work to ensure projects are completed efficiently Perform and oversee mowing, trimming, edging, blowing, mulching, planting, bed maintenance, cleanups, and other landscaping services Read and follow job specifications and project plans Ensure work is completed to Zoomscapes' quality standards Operate and maintain landscaping equipment safely Load and unload equipment and materials Train and mentor less-experienced crew members Maintain a clean and organized truck, trailer, tools, and job site Communicate professionally with customers and address basic questions or concerns progress, materials needed, equipment issues, and any customer concerns to management Ensure the crew follows all company safety procedures Manage time effectively and keep projects on schedule Represent Zoomscapes professionally while working at customer properties

Qualifications Required:

5+ years of landscaping experience Previous crew-lead or leadership experience preferred Strong knowledge of landscaping tools and equipment Adequate knowledge of best practices for maintaining plants Ability to safely operate mowers, trimmers, blowers, edgers, and other landscaping equipment Valid driver's license Reliable transportation to and from work Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions Ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform physical work throughout the day Strong communication and leadership skills Dependable, punctual, and professional Ability to work independently and make good decisions in the field

Preferred:
