As a pivotal member of our construction management team, you will coordinate daily operations, manage team performance, and uphold safety regulations to deliver exceptional results on every project. Duties Lead and supervise a team of fence installers, ensuring adherence to project plans, safety protocols, and quality standards Coordinate daily work schedules, assign tasks, and monitor progress to meet project deadlines Review construction drawings, schematics, and technical plans to ensure accurate implementation of fence designs Conduct site inspections to verify safety compliance and quality control throughout installation phases Manage procurement of materials and equipment, including tools like ohmmeters and construction safety gear Collaborate with project managers on scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation using construction management software such as ProCore or Primavera P6 Oversee compliance with federal and local construction safety regulations (OSHA), ensuring all team members operate within legal standards Requirements Proven experience supervising construction crews in commercial or heavy civil projects with a strong background in fence installation Extensive knowledge of blueprint reading, schematics interpretation, and technical drawings review Familiarity with construction management software including ProCore, Bluebeam, Primavera P6, Prolog, HeavyBid or equivalent tools Strong understanding of construction scheduling, project management principles, and contract management processes Ability to interpret technical specifications and schematics accurately for precise installation work Demonstrated leadership skills managing teams in fast-paced environments while maintaining safety and quality standards Knowledge of OSHA regulations and federal construction safety requirements for site safety management Excellent communication skills for coordinating with clients, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams Valid experience with construction site safety practices and managing construction schedules effectively Join us as a Fence Installation Crew Leader if you're passionate about leading teams in innovative construction projects.
