Job Type:

Seasonal, October-December Louisiana Holiday Lighting is hiring an experienced Installation Crew Lead to oversee our residential and commercial Christmas light installations. We are looking for someone who is comfortable working on roofs, has experience managing a small crew, and takes pride in delivering high-quality installations. Responsibilities Lead a crew of 2-4 installers. Oversee installation of C9 Christmas lights on rooflines, ridges, peaks, and gutters. Ensure installations meet company quality and safety standards. Coordinate equipment, materials, and jobsite preparation. Communicate job progress and completion updates. Assist with light removal after the holiday season. Requirements Previous roofing, construction, exterior lighting, or similar experience. Experience leading a small crew preferred. Comfortable working at heights and using ladders safely. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation. Ability to work outdoors and perform physically demanding tasks. Compensation $25/hour plus performance-based installation incentives.
