This is a Full-Time or Part-Time Opportunity… Let's Talk! As one of Massachusetts' leading nonprofit human service organizations and a nationally recognized Top Workplace, we're looking for a Vehicle Maintenance Coordinator to support the day-to-day maintenance and readiness of American Training's vehicle fleet by coordinating preventative maintenance, repairs, inspections, and vehicle servicing. This position works closely with vendors, repair facilities, and internal departments to help keep vehicles safe, compliant, and available for daily operations to support the Guests and Resident's we serve in the programs. What you'll do: Fleet Maintenance Coordinate and schedule preventative maintenance, repairs, inspections, registrations, and routine vehicle servicing. Transportation Support Coordinate vehicle availability and substitutions to support daily operations. Respond to vehicle breakdowns and assist with resolving day-to-day fleet issues. Administrative & Compliance Help ensure fleet compliance with RMV, MART, DDS, etc. Perform other duties as assigned. What We're Looking For High School Diploma or equivalent required. Associate's Degree or related experience preferred. Experience in fleet maintenance, transportation, automotive service, logistics, or a related field preferred. Strong organizational and communication skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and transportation software. Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record. Why American Training?
