Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Crew Leader to oversee and coordinate construction projects. As a Crew Leader, you will ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Duties Supervise and lead a team of construction workers on-site, ensuring adherence to safety protocols and project specifications. Manage project scheduling to ensure timely completion of tasks and milestones. Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings to guide construction activities. Develop detailed cost estimates, work scopes, measures, and installation quantities. Utilize software for project management tasks, including documentation and reporting. Ensure compliance with OSHA regulations to maintain a safe working environment. Collaborate with contractors and subcontractors to coordinate work efforts effectively. Provide training and mentorship to team members, fostering a culture of continuous improvement. Manage changes to the projects with the programs and complete all paperwork. Inspect and monitor in-progress projects, and perform final inspections to ensure quality control standards. Skills Strong project scheduling abilities to manage timelines efficiently. Proven experience in supervising teams in a construction setting. Familiarity with contracts related to construction projects. Proficient in blueprint reading for effective project execution. Experience with Prolog and ProCore software for project management tasks. Understanding of OSHA regulations to ensure workplace safety. Excellent management skills with the ability to motivate and lead diverse teams. Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with team members and stakeholders.
