Job Overview ​ The Enhancement Crew Lead is responsible for managing a number of groundskeeping teams. This person is responsible for overseeing the construction of outdoor spaces and maintaining existing grounds, monitoring and training workers, supervising the use of equipment, ensuring staff observe safety guidelines and protocols, and completing various administrative duties.

Qualifications:

Minimum 3 years' experience in landscape construction Installation and care of tree and shrubs General landscape masonry skills a plus! Team player with high attention to detail Basic irrigation knowledge is helpful Custom service oriented with strong communication skills is a must Understanding of the importance of accurate and timely paperwork Proven leadership skills General Requirements include: Valid driver's license with a good driving record Massachusetts hydraulics license a plus!
