Molloy Lawn & Landscape is looking for a reliable and motivated Landscape Maintenance Crew Leader to lead a crew and help us deliver high-quality landscape maintenance to our clients. WHAT YOU'LL DO

Lead and supervise a landscape maintenance crew Manage the day-to-day completion of scheduled landscape maintenance work Ensure work is completed efficiently and to Molloy's quality standards Operate and maintain landscape equipment safely and properly Communicate professionally with clients when needed Identify and address quality concerns in the field Help train and support crew members Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

Required :

Valid driver's license Basic English Ability to perform physical outdoor work in varying weather conditions Reliable and quality-driven approach to work

Preferred :

Landscape maintenance experience Experience operating landscape equipment Previous crew leadership or supervisory experience Experience is preferred, but we are willing to train the right candidate who has a strong work ethic and is ready to grow.

PAY & BENEFITS

$22.00 to $35.00 per hour Performance-driven bonuses with no cap Quarterly commission sales bonuses 401(k) Health insurance — Molloy pays 50% of the single plan and 33% of the family plan Paid holidays after 6 months of employment Paid time off Company vehicle Referral program
