Job Description

Woodside Landscaping is looking for a reliable, capable crew leader who wants more than just another landscaping job. This is not an entry level position. We are looking for a leader that takes pride in their work, has their own quality control and can finish projects without micro-management. This position could very well lead into a Field Operations Manager position with higher pay and responsibility. If you're the kind of person who shows up on time, solves problems without drama, and takes pride in getting a job done right, we want to talk. What the job looks like Lead a small crew on residential landscaping and property projects Work directly with the owner to plan daily work Operate equipment (mowers, chainsaws, skid steer) Keep jobs moving efficiently and safely Set the tone for professionalism and work ethic on site This is a working leadership role . You will be in the field alongside the crew. The type of person who does well here Shows up on time every day Takes responsibility Comfortable leading others and keeping work organized Physically capable of outdoor work Able to stay calm and solve problems when things don't go as planned Multiple years experience as a project crew lead is mandatory This job tends to be a great fit for: Experienced landscapers ready to lead Construction foremen looking for steadier work Veterans Someone tired of sitting behind a desk who wants to work outdoors again Growth opportunity The right person could grow into a Field Operations Manager role as the company expands. Pay:
