Assigns and directs drivers, coordinates transportation schedules, and monitors trucks or delivery vehicles. May supervise transportation services for a school district, higher education institution, or a recreational or corporate campus. Coordinates routes, assigns drivers, and monitors vehicle operations.

Manage the department budget, including fuel tracking and vendor coordination for maintenance and repairs. Ensure compliance with all DOT requirements, including licensing, registrations, and inspections. Maintain the van fleet in safe, clean, and efficient working order. Supervise and train a team of drivers to provide excellent service and safety. Develop and manage employee schedules and client pick-up/drop-off routes. Coordinate special outings, medical appointments, and field trips. Step in to transport participants when needed. Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth daily operations. What You'll Need Valid Massachusetts Driver's License and clean driving record. Ability to pass a background check and drug test. High school diploma (or equivalent). 3+ years of driving experience; supervisory experience preferred. Experience working with the elderly or disabled population preferred. Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs frequently and 100 lbs occasionally. Bilingualism in Spanish required for this role.
