The primary responsibilities of the Dispatcher/Supervisor will be to lead, manage and develop relationships with CDL A drivers and increase overall driver satisfaction to improve safety and driver retention. drivers to ensure high delivery of customer service and fleet profitability Responsible for daily planning of equipment and drivers while ensuring high utilization Coordinating Assignment of loads and equipment Assisting with driver compliance for safety and training Complete daily activity reports Managing appointment and equipment issues Communicating with receivers at delivery locations as needed. Dispatcher Requirements :
