AIRPORT COORDINATOR/HELPER
(SEP 16 & 17) - $20/HR Airport Coordinator
Location:
Baltimore, MD
Pay Rate:
$20.00 per hour Requirements
  • Customer service experience preferred (hotel, restaurant, front desk, guest services, or similar).
  • Professional and neat appearance.
  • Friendly, polite, and attentive with guests.
  • Reliable and punctual.
  • Able to follow instructions and maintain communication with the operations team.
  • Comfortable using a smartphone and basic mobile apps. Main Responsibilities
  • Receive a list of arriving passengers and their flight information.
  • Monitor flight status and arrival times using airline apps and airport monitors.
  • Verify the correct baggage claim area.
  • Wait at the assigned baggage claim while holding a welcome sign.
  • Verify passenger names against the provided passenger list.
  • Escort passengers to the designated meeting point.
  • Assist staff with directing passengers to the correct vehicle.
  • Report flight delays, no-shows, or any operational issues to the operations team.
  • Provide a friendly, professional, and welcoming experience for all guests. Additional Expectations
  • Follow all instructions provided by the management team.
  • Respond promptly to operational updates and schedule changes.
