Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and experienced Basement Waterproofing Crew Leader to oversee and coordinate waterproofing projects in residential and commercial settings. As a key leader on the team, you will manage crew members, ensure quality workmanship, and deliver exceptional customer service. Your expertise in construction techniques, material installation, and technical interpretation will drive project success from start to finish. Responsibilities Lead and supervise a team of waterproofing technicians, ensuring safety protocols and project timelines are met efficiently. Interpret construction plans, blueprints, and technical drawings to accurately execute waterproofing installations. Oversee the application of waterproofing membranes, sealants, and other building materials using hand tools and power tools. Coordinate with clients to understand project requirements, provide updates, and ensure customer satisfaction through professional communication. Conduct site inspections to verify adherence to blueprints, specifications, and safety standards during each phase of the project. Manage material inventory, including ordering supplies such as gutter systems, sealants, and masonry components. Ensure proper use of ladders, scaffolding, and other equipment to facilitate safe working conditions at all heights. Qualifications Proven experience in construction management with a focus on waterproofing or related trades such as tile masonry, drywall installation, or stucco work. Strong knowledge of construction estimating, inspection procedures, and interpreting technical drawings. Skilled in using hand tools, power tools, tape measures, and other construction equipment with precision for dimensional measurements. Familiarity with plumbing, electrical systems, fixture installation, door hanging, gutter installation, and remodeling projects is highly desirable. Ability to lead a team effectively while maintaining high safety standards on construction sites. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly with clients and team members alike. Experience with Bluebeam software or similar digital markup tools is a plus. Physical ability to lift heavy materials, use ladders safely, and perform manual tasks for extended periods.
