Job Summary We are looking for a dependable and experienced Landscaping Crew Leader to lead and manage our lawn maintenance and landscaping crew. The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader who takes pride in quality work, communicates well with customers and team members, and can keep daily jobs, equipment, and crew operations organized. Responsibilities Lead and manage a landscaping/lawn maintenance crew on a daily basis Oversee scheduled jobs and ensure work is completed efficiently and to company quality standards Perform and assist with landscaping and lawn maintenance tasks as needed Communicate professionally with customers and address questions or concerns Organize crew members, tools, materials, and equipment for daily jobs Safely operate company trucks, trailers, and landscaping equipment Ensure equipment is properly maintained, loaded, and secured Follow job schedules and complete work within expected timeframes Help train and motivate crew members Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment Represent the company professionally at customer properties Qualifications Landscaping experience required; 2+ years preferred Valid driver's license required Must be able to safely operate a truck and trailer Ability to lead a crew and work effectively as part of a team Strong communication and customer-service skills Dependable, responsible, and punctual Able to work outdoors in various weather conditions Physically able to perform landscaping and lawn maintenance duties Ability to work independently and manage daily responsibilities with minimal supervision Strong attention to detail and pride in quality workmanship What We're Looking For We want someone who is reliable, hardworking, team-oriented, and ready to take ownership of their crew and daily jobs .
