Job Description

Company Description Power Auto Parts is a Michigan-based aftermarket auto parts supplier serving collision shops, repair shops, and dealerships with quality parts. Job Summary Power Auto Parts is seeking an experienced Driver Supervisor to oversee approximately 25 delivery drivers and ensure daily deliveries are completed safely, efficiently, and professionally. The Driver Supervisor will manage driver schedules, monitor driver performance and GPS routes, address driver and customer issues, collect customer feedback and reviews, support driver training, and ensure company policies and delivery standards are followed.
Responsibilities:
Supervise and oversee approximately 25 delivery drivers Manage and monitor daily driver schedules Monitor driver attendance, punctuality, and overall performance Monitor GPS and driver routes throughout the day Follow up on late, missed, or delayed deliveries Address driver issues, concerns, and performance problems Handle customer concerns related to deliveries and drivers Collect and follow up on customer feedback and reviews Help ensure drivers provide professional and courteous customer service Train and assist new drivers with company procedures and delivery expectations Conduct weekly driver meetings and communicate company policies and updates Enforce company safety, attendance, and driver policies Monitor drivers' compliance with delivery procedures Assist drivers when they have questions or encounter problems during their routes Monitor delivery performance and identify areas for improvement Communicate driver-related issues to management when necessary Oversee daily vehicle inspections and help ensure vehicle issues are reported promptly Assist with vehicle maintenance coordination and follow-up Help monitor vehicle cleanliness, mileage, fuel, and overall condition Work with drivers to maintain vehicles and ensure they are properly cared for Review delivery operations and recommend improvements to management Maintain accurate driver and vehicle records Help ensure drivers follow all applicable company and safety procedures
Requirements:
2-3 years of experience as a Driver Supervisor Comfortable using computers and technology — Required Valid driver's license Clean driving record for the last 5 years Must pass an MVR check and a drug test (paid by the candidate) Auto parts industry experience preferred Strong English communication skills required Strong communication and customer service skills Ability to effectively manage and communicate with approximately 25 drivers Strong organizational and time-management skills Ability to handle driver and customer issues professionally Ability to monitor multiple drivers and situations throughout the day Basic math skills Reliable, punctual, and professional Technology & Computer Skills

PM Pay:
$60,000 per year, with a bonus structure to be implemented after six months of employment.
