Duties of the landscaping crew lead: Direct daily job site activities, coordinate workflow, perform hands-on work, and operate machinery Supervise, train, and efficiently manage crew personnel and subcontracted companies Communicate production goals and project updates clearly with crew members, supervisors, and clients Track and record all job expenses, materials, and employee hours accurately Monitor all tools, equipment, and machinery for proper maintenance and safety procedures Requirements of the landscaping crew lead: 1+ years of landscape foreman/lead experience Ensure all installation work strictly meets company, client, and industry standards Enforce the use of required personal protective equipment (PPE) to maintain a clean, safe job site Additional information: Apply today!
