• 100,000 depending on experience, plus incentive programs and profit sharing . Career Development

Key Responsibilities Plan and coordinate driver schedules and load assignments. Dispatch multiple loads while managing fleet capacity and check calls. Navigate FMCSA Hours of Service (HOS) regulations confidently. Negotiate rates and resolve issues related to billing, delays, and quality control. Deliver exceptional service to both internal and external customers. Efficiently manage high email volume and multitask across various systems and websites. Enter and maintain accurate data in our Transportation Management System (TMW). Collaborate with team members to solve problems independently and collectively. What We're Looking For 3+ years of customer service experience , preferably in transportation (but we're willing to coach the right candidate). Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Professional phone etiquette and interpersonal skills. Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook). Willingness to be on-call on a rotating schedule with the dispatch team.
