Compensation & Benefits:

HOURLY:

Make up to $25/hour•Base pay starts at $16. Driver starting base hourly rate is higher! Must be 21 to driver for insurance purposes. Keep in mind, this is just where you start...

PROFIT SHARE

Our teammates earn a percentage of any extra revenue we earn on their particular move!

TIPS:

Do not forget about tips which are BIG in the moving industry and usually equate to another $3•5 more per hour!

COMMISSION OPPORTUNITIES

Want to travel? Earn commissions on overnight moves! (Can average out to $25+ per hour) Career and ownership opportunities Health Insurance after 60 days (we cover 50%) 401k (with 3% match after 1 year)
