Job description: About us Arbor Care is a growing Tree service out Rock Hill, SC and Charlotte, NC. We are professional, safety and team oriented.

Crew Leader/ Foreman Duties:
Lead arborist to lead a crew of 3 tree workers Ensure quality control and adherence to project specifications Coordinate with sales team and production manager to ensure timely completion of projects Provide guidance and training to crew members Monitor and enforce safety protocols on job sites Maintain accurate records of work performed Driving of large truck and trailer to and from job site (requires CDL class A)
Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Crew Leader or similar role in the arboriculture industry Strong knowledge of tree work, rigging and operation of heavy equipment Excellent leadership and communication skills Ability to effectively manage a team and prioritize tasks Attention to detail and ability to ensure quality control Knowledge of safety regulations and procedures in the tree industry Ability and knowledge to drive Commercial vehicles with CDL License class A or ability to obtain within 90 days
