What You'll Lead & ManageField Leadership You are the boots on the ground — walking job sites, checking quality, and ensuring equipment is maintained and ready. You help structure daily routes, manage crew schedules, and keep the team organized and productive. You support your crew by solving issues, coaching performance, and ensuring everyone has the training they need. You make sure each day ends with the shop organized, equipment staged, and the next day's plan ready. Project & Service Variety As a Crew Lead at The Grounds Guys of Lake Norman, you'll oversee a wide range of landscaping services and projects, including: Weekly and bi‑weekly lawn maintenance Mulch, pine straw, and bed refreshes Shrub trimming and ornamental pruning Seasonal cleanups Landscape installs and renovations Plantings, sod installation, and bed creation Hardscape support (edging, small stone work, minor installs) Playground surfacing and specialty material installs Commercial property maintenance HOA service routes Storm debris cleanup and seasonal prep work Your leadership ensures each project is completed safely, efficiently, and to our quality standards. Job Requirements Prior experience in landscaping, lawn care, or a similar service industry. Experience leading a crew or readiness to step into a leadership role. Willingness to complete required certifications or licenses within 6 months (if applicable). Clean driving history and experience driving a truck and trailer. Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions and lift 50+ lbs.

$21.00
