Requirements:
1-3 years of experience; ability to lift 35 lbs. repetitively

What You'll Do As a Landscape Crew Leader, you will direct and work alongside your team to keep commercial properties pristine . In this working supervisor role, your daily Landscaping Supervisor duties include: Directing crew members to execute hands-on tasks assigned by the foreman and manager . Performing grounds maintenance, including mowing, mulching, planting sod, irrigation, and spraying . Serving as an active Grounds Crew Foreman by ensuring high standards of safety, quality, and efficiency on every job site . What You Bring To The Team 1-3 years of experience in landscaping or grounds maintenance . Physical stamina to lift 35 lbs. repetitively outdoors in varied weather conditions .
