Responsibilities Lead and supervise a landscaping crew to complete landscape maintenance and landscape installation and groundskeeping tasks with precision and professionalism Coordinate daily work schedules, assign tasks, and monitor progress to ensure timely project completion Operate skid steers, landscaping tools, company vehicles, safely and effectively Oversee plant identification, pruning, planting, tree care, and overall horticultural practices to promote healthy landscapes Supervise crew members' adherence to safety protocols and company standards while maintaining a productive work environment Communicate effectively with clients and team members to clarify project goals and ensure customer satisfaction Qualifications Proven experience in landscaping, grounds maintenance, with a focus and landscape upkeep Supervising or team management experience in outdoor or construction settings Strong knowledge of plant identification, tree and shrub care and equipment operation Ability to operate company vehicles safely and efficiently in outdoor environments Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse crew Outdoor work experience with physical stamina for long days working in varying weather conditions Join us as a Landscaping Crew Leader where your leadership will inspire excellence on every project!
