As a Fleet Operations Associate , you'll play a key role in keeping our autonomous Robotaxi fleet operating safely, efficiently, and ready for passengers. This is a hands-on position that combines vehicle operations, technical troubleshooting, logistics, and customer service in a fast-paced environment. What You'll Do Perform detailed vehicle inspections before and after service to ensure fleet readiness. Conduct mechanical, software, and sensor checks to verify vehicles are operating properly. Prepare vehicles for service by cleaning interiors and exteriors, charging vehicles, and completing readiness inspections. Troubleshoot hardware and software issues using internal diagnostic tools and update vehicle software as needed. Respond to vehicles requiring field assistance, including vehicle recovery, repositioning, and coordination with support teams. Operate autonomous vehicles remotely using approved tools when necessary to support fleet operations. Assist passengers during service disruptions by providing updates, helping with safe entry and exit, and delivering exceptional customer service.

$29.00 per hour
