In this energetic role, you will oversee daily operations on construction sites, coordinate skilled teams, and ensure that projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards. Your leadership will drive project success while maintaining strict adherence to safety regulations and construction best practices. This is an exciting opportunity for experienced construction professionals eager to manage teams and deliver exceptional home transformation results. Duties Lead and supervise remodeling crews on residential construction sites, ensuring tasks are completed on time and within scope Coordinate project schedules using construction management software such as Primavera P6, ensuring seamless workflow and timely completion Interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and construction plans to guide team activities and verify work accuracy Manage daily safety protocols in compliance with OSHA and federal construction safety regulations, promoting a safe work environment for all team members Oversee quality control processes, inspecting work for adherence to specifications and standards Review construction drawings and technical documents using Bluebeam or similar software to facilitate clear communication and precise execution Manage project budgets, track costs, and ensure resource allocation aligns with project goals while maintaining cost efficiency Supervise subcontractors, manage contracts, and coordinate with clients to meet project expectations Utilize construction scheduling tools like Primavera P6 for detailed planning of project timelines and milestones Conduct site inspections regularly, utilizing tools such as ohmmeters for electrical testing and ensuring all work complies with safety and quality standards Lead team meetings, manage crew scheduling, and foster a collaborative environment focused on productivity and safety Qualifications Proven experience in construction management with a strong background in residential or commercial remodeling projects Demonstrated ability to manage teams effectively in a fast-paced construction environment Extensive knowledge of blueprint reading, technical drawing review, and interpreting construction plans Proficiency with construction management software including ProCore, Bluebeam, Primavera P6, HeavyBid, or similar tools Strong understanding of construction scheduling, project coordination, budgeting, and quality control processes Familiarity with OSHA standards and federal safety regulations applicable to construction sites Hands-on experience supervising crews on-site with excellent managerial communication skills Ability to interpret technical drawings accurately and oversee their implementation in the field Valid certifications in OSHA safety standards; additional certifications such as Construction Safety Management are a plus Construction site experience in managing large-scale projects with a focus on safety compliance and efficiency Join us as a Home Remodeling Crew Leader where your expertise will shape beautiful homes while leading a dedicated team!
