Lead Gutter Installer / Crew Leader We provide the trucks, tools, equipment, and materials. You bring the experience and leadership. We're looking for an experienced gutter installer who's ready to lead. You'll lead a fully equipped crew using company-provided tools, equipment, and materials, allowing you to focus on building quality work instead of supplying your own gear. Every day starts at our warehouse before heading out to residential job sites throughout Western Pennsylvania and Eastern Ohio. What You'll Do Installation & Technical Work Lead a crew of 1-2 installers on residential gutter projects Install seamless gutters, downspouts, and gutter protection systems Maintain high standards of craftsmanship and minimize callbacks Keep jobs organized, efficient, and on schedule Ensure trucks, tools, and materials are ready for each day's work Communicate with the office regarding job progress and any field issues Represent CKC professionally with homeowners What We're Looking For Proven experience installing seamless gutters Previous crew lead or foreman experience preferred Ability to lead by example and keep a crew productive Pride in quality workmanship and attention to detail Dependable, organized, and accountable Comfortable working on ladders and rooftops Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physical work outdoors Seamless gutter installation Siding, soffit, fascia, or sheet metal work Previous crew lead or foreman experience Why Join CKC HomeWorks?
