Maintenance Pay:

As a Landscape Crew Leader, Maintenance , you'll guide a crew, deliver top-tier landscape results, and be the go-to person on site for both your team and clients. What You'll Do Lead and work alongside your crew on daily landscape maintenance tasks Operate mowers, blowers, trimmers, and other equipment Ensure every job meets safety, quality, and schedule expectations Train, motivate, and support crew members Communicate professionally with clients and supervisors Track labor, materials, and job progress Maintain clean, organized, and safe job sites What You Bring 2-3 years landscaping experience 1+ year leadership experience preferred Strong equipment operation skills Ability to lead a team and keep projects moving Valid driver's license Great communication, organization, and problem-solving skills What Success Looks Like Jobs completed on time and on budget High customer satisfaction Strong crew performance and morale Safe, efficient, high-quality work every day Working Conditions Outdoor work in all weather Physical activity including lifting up to 50 lbs Early start times, overtime, and occasional weekends If you're ready to lead, grow, and make an impact every day, this Landscape Crew Leader, Maintenance role is the next step in your landscaping career.
