Responsibilities Lead and manage lawn maintenance crews Ensure jobs are performed in accordance with industry and company standards Communicate plans and production goals with crew members and clients Ensure all safety and maintenance procedures are followed Track and record all materials and crew hours worked Prepare job sites and see them through to completion Maintain a clean worksite Complete paperwork and information pertaining to jobs Contribute to our safety culture by wearing assigned Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) Interact with homeowners, property guests, clients, and the public in a friendly and polite manner Were looking for someone who: Has professional mowing or lawn maintenance experience Has experience leading a crew or is ready to take the next step Is dependable and takes pride in doing the job right Can safely drive a truck and trailer Has a valid drivers license Wants steady work and an opportunity to grow with Greenturf Compensation and Benefits Competitive salary, starting at $19 per hour & paid weekly Benefits package including health, paid time off, and holiday pay Industry-leading safety & training programs Company-sponsored social events Company-provided safety gear Professional equipment and tools Training and career development opportunities for employees who demonstrate a strong work ethic Work Schedule Youll work Monday to Friday, (with overtime in the peak season), starting at 7:00 am depending on the season.
