Hourly (based on experience) Landscapes USA has an immediate opening for a Full-Time Commercial Landscape Key Man / Crew Leader in OKC, OK . We are seeking a hard-working, dependable individual who is committed to growing with our company. The ideal candidate is reliable, willing to work year-round, and looking to build a long-term career in the commercial landscaping industry. Key Responsibilities Lead and supervise a commercial landscaping crew on daily job assignments Operate and oversee the use of landscaping equipment, including dump trucks, trucks with trailers, backpack blowers, tillers, chainsaws, hand pruners, pole pruners, gas-powered shears, and other landscape tools Perform and oversee commercial landscape maintenance and enhancement work Install landscape enhancements, including seasonal color and plant materials Ensure job sites are safe, organized, and compliant with company and OSHA standards Enforce the use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) on all job sites Train, guide, and motivate crew members to maintain productivity and quality standards Communicate effectively with supervisors and report job progress or issues Benefits 401(k) Health insurance Dental insurance Vision insurance Life insurance Paid time off Requirements & Qualifications Valid Driver's License with a clean driving record for at least 3 years (required) Ability to pass a pre-employment background check and drug test (required) Minimum 2 years of commercial landscape maintenance experience (required) Minimum 3 years of experience as a Foreman or Crew Leader in commercial landscaping (required) Familiarity with commercial landscaping equipment, including mowers, blowers, and plant care tools Knowledge of plant materials, seasonal color, and landscape enhancements Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions Ability to walk for extended periods and lift 50-80 lbs regularly Reliable transportation to and from work daily Strong leadership and team management skills Dependable, safety-focused, and detail-oriented
