Job Overview Job Description Landscape East & West is a full-service award winning, eco-friendly, customer focused landscape contractor. We are seeking a HOA Maintenance Crew Leader with 5+ years' experience in landscape maintenance. Responsibilities and Duties Mowing, blowing, weeding, and general cleanup of commercial properties with 1-4 crew members. Operate and maintain care of leaf blower, lawn mower, string trimmer, hedge trimmer, and other equipment. Job Requirements 5+ years' experience in landscape maintenance At least 1 year of crew leader experience Ability to manage, communicate effectively with both employees and onsite contacts. Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus. Candidate must possess a valid, insurable driver's license and be 18 years or older.
