Program Supervisor:

Provide high quality leadership, direction and supervision to team members in all program settings and foster a culturally sensitive, youth centered environment. Guide, monitor and ensure quality and safe service delivery in compliance with agency, county, state and federal standards of practice and program regulations. Monitor, prepare and submit program and financial outcome reports according to agency practice and protocols. Attend both external and internal agency training and workshops; complete and pass all required trainings as set forth in the funder and licensing regulations. Minimal Qualifications of the

Program Supervisor:

Bachelor's degree in a related field Individual 21 years of age or older, with the ability to identify with and adapt to the goals and philosophies of the program. 2-3 years experience with adolescent youth in a trauma informed, residential setting. Knowledge of DHS licensing requirements and procedures Must have and maintain a valid driver's license including vehicle insurance and inspection on any vehicle used for daily work and transportation of clients Must receive a passing score on annual motor vehicle clearance to be eligible to operate agency vehicles.
