Job Description

As a key member of GFL's dynamic team, the Administrator will be a point of contact for our maintenenace Vendors and will provide administrative support to our various business units. The Administrator has exceptional customer service and communication skills while having the ability to multitask in a fast paced environment. This position requires an enthusiastic individual who presents a professional demeanor and a positive attitude. Job Duties Maintain filing systems. Create purchase orders and submit invoices to vendors. General office duties. Support business units with maintenance entries & parts administration and vendor management. Answer and transfer incoming calls Support and/or open and process work orders. This includes month end closure and reconciliation of open work orders Requirements Outstanding attention to detail. Great work ethic. Business administration diploma, certificate or equivalent experience. Minimum of 1-2 years of administrative experience. Excellent communication skills and the ability to work in a team environment. Ability to multitask.
