be considered. Lehigh Valley Lawn is searching for Landscape Crew Leaders to join our team. Our company provides premium lawn care and landscape services to residential and commercial clients in the Lehigh Valley region. A Landscape Crew Leader is a working team member that oversees seasonal clean-ups, mulching, trimming, landscape maintenance, planting of trees and shrubs, flower installation and similar tasks. Crew Leaders take the lead in a crew of up to 8 persons. This position reports to a Project Manager. Our office is currently located at 4301 Chestnut Street in Emmaus, Pennsylvania. All applicants must live within a 30 minute commute of our office and facilities.

Trade Skill Requirements:

Must have 1 year experience minimum as a Landscape crew leader Able to effectively communicate in the English language Drive company vehicles as directed Operate various types of equipment and machinery associated with this job description Has experience in one or more of the following job sub-categories: Professional landscape maintenance operations Professional landscape construction services Lawn Care and Managements services Perform other assigned tasks related to landscape management

General Qualifications:

Able to operate a smart phone, send and receive emails, take digital photos Able to speak, read and write fluently in the English Language Have and hold a clean driver's license Have reliable transportation to our office in Emmaus, PA Can pass drug test Can pass a criminal background check Comply with business ethics, applicable laws, and regulation Maintain confidentiality of proprietary information Able to stay tobacco free while at work Have a desire to grow as a part of a winning team
