The House Crew Lead (Events) is the on-site execution lead for assigned Events or general House shifts. This role ensures daily and event operations plans are carried out accurately, safely, and on schedule. The House Crew Lead will work cross-functionally across many teams to operate a slate of events that encourages repeat visits from our Fans in the local community. This role will own the day-of execution of events in House and will also support other departments as Lead on Duty when no events are scheduled. This on-site, hourly role reports to the Assistant General Manager, with daily oversight of the Event and Fan Services Supervisors, and is based in King of Prussia, PA.
What you will do:
Act as the daily front-line supervisor of the team within Netflix House across various functional areas, including events, ticketing services, fan experience, and theater operations oversight. Conduct pre-shift meetings to inspire the Crew and ensure that all staff have the critical information they need to succeed for daily ops and/or events. Manage dynamic shift labor needs to ensure the correct number of Crew Members are in place to meet daily attendance volume and event requirements. Serve as the primary on-floor point of contact during assigned events, executing approved run-of-show documents and timelines. Monitor guest flow, engagement, and overall experience, providing day-of notes, incident details, and execution feedback to the Events and Fan Services Supervisors. Coordinate with other House departments (security, f&b, technical, facilities, janitorial, operations) during events to ensure a flawless execution. Implement a comprehensive fan service strategy and serve as the primary point of escalation for service recovery. Assist with sending daily and weekly BEO's to all departments Work with the Sales Manager and Event Supervisor to maintain the accuracy of the BEO's Review BEO's in detail to determine needs and assist with facilitating them with the Event Supervisor and/or the Catering Manager Liaise with the management team on operational needs and issues. Provide administrative support to the Event Supervisor as assigned. Execute Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), including emergency procedures.
What we need from you:
Applicants must be at least 18 years of age to be considered for employment. Demonstrated 1+ years of delivering special events and supervising the events team in live entertainment, attractions, theater, hospitality, or experiential environments. Experience with calendar software/venue management systems preferred. Strong familiarity with Netflix titles and the ability to translate IPs into compelling real-world experiences. Demonstrated experience driving safe, engaging, and innovative programming by developing immersive activations, ensuring EHS compliance, collaborating with key stakeholders, and optimizing guest experiences while maintaining a secure environment. Excellent verbal and digital communication skills. Excellent leadership skills. Strong desire to think outside the box and innovate. Availability to work days, nights, weekends, and holidays in a 365-day attraction.
Compensation:
