Position Summary We are actively seeking experienced Residential Roofing Contractors and Crew Leads for immediate ongoing project assignments across our regional service territory. If you take pride in clean craftsmanship, possess strong diagnostic skills, and work efficiently without hand-holding, we want you on our job sites. Requirements (Non-Negotiable)

Experience:

Minimum 3 years of hands-on residential roofing experience (Asphalt shingle replacements, slope repairs, flashing, soffit/fascia, and continuous ventilation installs).

Tools & Equipment:

Must own a complete set of professional hand and power tools (nail guns, compressors, safety harnesses, cutting tools, tear-off tools).

Transportation:

Valid Driver's License and reliable work vehicle capable of hauling ladders and project materials.

Work Ethic:

High attention to detail, strict compliance with job-site safety, and reliable communication.

Documentation:

Must be able to provide proof of active business entity/tax ID (W-9) and be eligible to work as a direct 1099 contractor). Key Responsibilities Perform complete residential roof tear-offs, underlayment installations, and shingle laydowns according to manufacturer specs. Execute precise flashing work around chimneys, dormers, valleys, and wall junctions. Inspect and install proper ridge vents, soffit ventilation channels, and drip edges.
