Crew Leader

Job Summary We are seeking an experienced and motivated landscape crew leader to lead daily field operations and ensure high-quality landscaping services for our residential and commercial clients. This role is ideal for a hands-on leader who takes pride in their work, communicates well, and knows how to keep a crew productive, safe, and efficient. The Landscape Crew Leader is responsible for supervising a crew, managing job sites, and ensuring projects are completed on time and to company standards. This position requires strong leadership skills, attention to detail, and solid knowledge of landscape maintenance practices. Duties Lead and supervise a crew daily. Perform and oversee landscape maintenance (mowing, trimming, pruning, edging etc..) Communicate with clients and management as needed. Ensure jobsites are safe, organized and completed to company standards. Following schedules and company proceedings. Qualifications Valid drivers license Previous landscape experience Knowledge of tools, equipment and techniques Strong work ethic and reliability Ability to work outdoors and in various weather conditions
