Telford, PA Reports to: Plant Manager About the Role At Fres-co, the Maintenance Manager plays a critical leadership role in driving safe, reliable, and efficient manufacturing operations. This position leads the evolution from reactive to proactive maintenance by building strong systems, developing technical talent, and improving equipment reliability across manufacturing, facilities, and stationary engineering. The Maintenance Manager partners closely with Operations, Engineering, and Safety to reduce downtime, control costs, and support long term operational excellence. What You Will Do Maintenance Strategy & Reliability Lead site wide maintenance strategy across manufacturing, facilities, and stationary engineering Drive the transition to planned, preventive, and predictive maintenance systems Improve equipment reliability, reduce unplanned downtime, and increase OEE Establish and track KPIs related to downtime, cost, safety, and asset performance Ensure compliance with all health, safety, environmental, and equipment regulations Team Leadership & Development Lead, coach, and develop Maintenance Supervisors, Technicians, Inventory Coordinator, and Maintenance Trainer Build a high performing, accountable maintenance team with strong troubleshooting and root cause analysis skills Create a culture of ownership, teamwork, and continuous improvement Ensure consistent training, skill development, and succession planning across the maintenance team Systems, Planning & Inventory Own and continuously improve preventive and predictive maintenance programs Lead maintenance planning and scheduling processes Oversee MRO inventory control to balance availability and cost efficiency Ensure accurate use and deployment of the CMMS to support planning, work orders, and asset history Build strong daily troubleshooting and escalation processes Cross Functional Collaboration Partner with Operations, Engineering, Quality, and Safety to support production goals Collaborate on new equipment, process improvements, and capital projects Manage and coordinate contractors and external service providers as needed Foster strong working relationships across departments to solve problems and drive innovation What We Are Looking For 10+ years of experience leading and supervising maintenance teams in a manufacturing environment Strong technical knowledge of mechanical, electrical, PLCs, drives, industrial controls, and web handling systems Proven experience building preventive and predictive maintenance programs Hands on experience managing and utilizing a CMMS system Strong troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and data driven decision making skills Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint Ability to lead change, develop people, and drive results Preferred Experience Flexible packaging or converting manufacturing experience Experience with gravure printing presses, blown film extrusion, web handling, and assembly equipment Experience with Syteline
FS+ CMMS
