- Supervise and motivate a field team of 2 to 10 technicians while enforcing productivity, quality, and OSHA safety standards.
- Lead the restoration and maintenance of commercial watershed infrastructure, including retention ponds and drainage networks.
- Train crew members on technical equipment operations, proper load securement, and daily site safety protocols.
- Operate heavy machinery including skid steers, excavators, commercial brush cutters, and large towing vehicles.
- Conduct precise vehicle safety audits and compile comprehensive maintenance and inspection field reports.
- Serve as the main point of contact for property managers, clients, and contractors at remote work locations. Required Qualifications & Experience
- Proven experience leading landscape maintenance, erosion control, or environmental construction field crews.
- Valid driver's license paired with a clean driving record that meets corporate vehicle insurance parameters.
- Mastery in maneuvering truck and trailer combinations, including complex backing, parking, and interstate load securement.
- Total willingness to travel approximately 70% of the time, including spending multiple consecutive nights away from home.
- Physical capacity to execute demanding outdoor field tasks and routinely lift weights exceeding 50 pounds. Preferred Qualifications & Experience
- High School Diploma or GED.
- 3 or more years of direct experience with commercial stormwater BMPs, sediment control, and vegetation management.
