Demonstrated ability to operate landscaping machinery safely and efficiently; valid driver's license with company vehicle operation experience is a plus. Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a crew effectively. Knowledge of landscaping best practices including gardening techniques and grounds management standards. Ability to perform physically demanding outdoor work in various weather conditions while maintaining attention to detail.
