Job Description

We're looking for an experienced Landscape Crew Leader to join our team! If you have a strong background in lawn care maintenance, leadership skills, and the ability to manage a crew efficiently, we want to hear from you.
Responsibilities:
Operate and drive landscape truck and/or truck-trailer combo Oversee and manage a weekly mowing route Delegate tasks to crew members and ensure quality work Perform lawn care tasks including mowing, edging, trimming, and leaf removal Handle mulch installation/removal and landscape installations Maintain equipment and ensure job site safety
Requirements:
Previous lawn care maintenance experience (Required) Clean MVR (Motor Vehicle Record) for insurance purposes (Required) Experience driving landscape trucks and truck/trailer combos (Required) Strong leadership and time management skills Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
