Job Overview SiteCraft Company is seeking an experienced Crew Leader to lead outdoor living, hardscape, landscape construction, and site improvement projects. This is a hands-on field leadership role for someone who can organize a crew, plan ahead, maintain production, protect quality, communicate professionally, and take ownership of the jobsite from start to finish. Duties Lead the crew. Set the pace, assign responsibilities, train team members, and hold the crew accountable respectfully. Plan the day. Review scope, plans, grades, elevations, materials, equipment, and production goals before work begins. Keep the crew productive. Think one step ahead so employees are not waiting on tools, material, equipment, or direction. Own quality. Check layout, measurements, grades, drainage, cuts, finishes, cleanliness, and craftsmanship. Protect the customer experience. Maintain a clean, professional jobsite and communicate respectfully. Manage tools, equipment, and materials. Keep equipment ready and minimize material and labor waste. Communicate early. Report delays, shortages, change requests, damage, equipment problems, and safety concerns before they become larger problems. Qualifications Hardscape, landscape construction, outdoor living, concrete, masonry, grading, drainage, or similar field experience. Supervising or team management experience in outdoor or landscaping environments strongly preferred. Ability to read plans, understand grades/elevations, measure accurately, and lay out work. Ability to operate common construction equipment and power tools safely. Strong communication, organization, problem-solving, punctuality, and professionalism. Ability to work outdoors and perform the physical requirements of construction work.
