Overview Join our team as a Bridge Repair Crew Leader and take charge of maintaining and repairing vital civil infrastructure! In this dynamic role, you'll lead a skilled crew dedicated to ensuring the safety, stability, and longevity of bridge structures. Your expertise in heavy equipment operation, roadway construction, and safety protocols will drive successful project completion. Duties Lead and supervise a crew of construction workers in performing bridge repair & maintenance. Oversee the safe use of power tools, hand tools, and other construction machinery while adhering to all safety protocols. Manage traffic control for work zones to ensure safety for workers and the traveling public during construction activities. Knowledge of closures is very beneficial. Qualifications Experience in road or highway construction projects with a focus on roadway repair or civil infrastructure. Strong understanding of traffic control procedures for work zones to ensure safety during roadway projects. Experience working with power tools, hand tools, and other construction machinery. Excellent leadership skills with the ability to supervise teams effectively while maintaining high safety standards. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
