As a Vehicle Operator Shift Supervisor, you will be part of the Fleet Operations department supporting vehicle testing and deployment teams. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proactive approach, which will align successfully in the organization.

$36/hr What's the Job? Supervise a team of vehicle operators to ensure safety and operational efficiency Lead by example in executing software and hardware tests to high standards Collaborate with fleet management and other leaders to coordinate daily operations Support vehicle operators with day-to-day tasks and administrative responsibilities Provide performance feedback and mentorship to team members What's Needed? 12+ months of autonomous vehicle operator experience and active AVT permit Valid driver's license with at least three consecutive years of driving without gaps Ability to pass background, MVR, and drug screening checks Experience working in collaborative, team-oriented environments Strong problem-solving skills and operational improvement mindset What's in it for me?
