[Leapros] Leapros Skilled Trades is actively hiring Foreman (Crew Lead) in Fort Worth, TX. The Electrical Foreman (Cell Lead) is an experienced, licensed Journeyman Electrician responsible for leading a production crew in the assembly of integrated power, data, and network infrastructure. This hands-on leadership role involves planning daily cell activities, enforcing National Electrical Code (NEC) compliance, and mentoring a team of installers and apprentices in a factory environment. The ideal candidate blends technical expertise with strong supervisory skills to ensure predictable performance and high-quality modular outcomes.

Valid Texas Driver's License Responsibilities:
Plan, organize, and direct daily cell activities to meet production schedules, budget constraints, and quality requirements. Interpret blueprints, wiring diagrams, schematics, and specifications to resolve layout questions and coordinate installation sequencing. Assign tasks to Journeymen, Apprentices, and Helpers based on skill level, workload, and mandatory ratio requirements. Perform hands-on journey-level electrical work including installation, termination, testing, and troubleshooting of wiring and control systems alongside the crew. Ensure all work complies with the current National Electrical Code (NEC), OSHA regulations, and authority having jurisdiction (AHJ) requirements. Conduct cell safety orientations, daily hazard assessments, and safety talks while enforcing proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE). Inspect work in progress and upon completion to verify workmanship quality and adherence to UL-Listed product specifications. Coordinate daily with the Value Stream Leader and Product Manager to resolve conflicts and maintain production flow. Track and report cell labor hours, productivity, and progress using daily reports and timekeeping applications. Manage material flow, tools, and equipment for the assigned scope to minimize waste and identify potential change orders or scope conflicts.
Qualifications:
Minimum of 2-4 years of documented journey-level electrical construction experience following licensure. Demonstrated working knowledge of the current National Electrical Code (NEC) as adopted in Texas. Proven ability to read and interpret complex blueprints, schematics, and specifications. Strong leadership and organizational skills with prior experience directing a crew or mentoring apprentices. Proficiency with basic computer and mobile applications for daily reporting and timekeeping. Excellent verbal and written communication skills for interacting with team members and management. Experience in commercial or industrial electrical construction environments preferred. Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screening and background check.
Physical Requirements:
Regularly required to stand, walk, climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl for extended periods. Ability to climb and work from ladders, scaffolding, and aerial lifts at various heights. Must be able to lift and carry materials weighing up to 50 lbs. regularly and up to 100 lbs. occasionally with assistance. Capacity to work in a factory environment with exposure to noise and moving equipment. Dexterity to use tools and wear required PPE, including arc-flash rated clothing where applicable.
Pay Transparency:
The anticipated annual salary range for this position is $75,000 to $88,000 annually, based on relevant factors such as experience, skills, education, internal equity, and geographic location. Final compensation will be determined during the interview process by the hiring authority.
